Alexis Colman Reflexologist and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
Alexis has been practising reflexology since 2001. She trained at The London School of Reflexology and has continued over the years to train with some of the leading professionals in the field of fertility and pregnancy; notably Susanne Enzer (midwife and reflexologist), Barbara Scott (Seren Natural Fertility) and Clare Blake (fertility massage). Alexis is passionate about her work believing everyone holds their own unique power within.
After an initial consultation, each treatment is adapted to precisely what is occurring in her client’s life on a physical, mental and spiritual level. Alexis offers a holistic approach. Alexis also works with flower remedies and crystals, alongside her reflexology.
With regards to reproductive reflexology, Alexis sees clients from
pre-conception through to postpartum. She has experience in both natural conception and assisted conception.
Added to this, Alexis is a certified IIN Health Coach, combining nutritional and lifestyle coaching, with her reflexology.
She is a member of The Association of Reflexologists and The Association of Reproductive Reflexologists
